Multi-Channel Selling Guide

Multi-Channel Selling Guide

Clinical Couture can now sell across 4 major platforms in addition to your main website. This guide walks you through setting up each channel.

What Is Multi-Channel Selling?

Multi-channel selling means listing your products on multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon) so customers can discover and buy from you wherever they shop. Your website remains the primary store — these channels drive additional traffic and sales back to it.

What you get:

Quick Start (3 Steps)

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > Sales Channels tab
  2. Enter your Pixel IDs (Meta and/or TikTok)
  3. Copy the feed URLs and paste them into each platform's catalog manager

Channel 1: Facebook & Instagram Shopping

What It Does

Your products appear in Facebook Shops, Instagram Shopping tags, and Facebook Marketplace. Customers can browse your catalog directly inside Facebook and Instagram, then click through to your website to purchase.

Setup Steps

  1. Create a Meta Business Account at business.facebook.com if you don't have one
  2. Go to Commerce Manager — Click "Add Catalog" and choose "E-commerce"
  3. Add Data Feed — Select "Data Feed" as your upload method, then choose "Scheduled Feed"
  4. Paste your feed URL:
    https://www.clinical-couture.com/feed/facebook-catalog.tsv
  5. Set schedule — Daily refresh recommended
  6. Connect to Instagram — In Commerce Manager, go to Settings > Business Assets > connect your Instagram account
  7. Enable Instagram Shopping — Once approved, you can tag products in Instagram posts and stories

Meta Pixel Setup

The Meta Pixel tracks which products visitors view and which purchases they make. This data powers Facebook/Instagram ad targeting.

  1. Go to Meta Events Manager
  2. Click "Connect Data Sources" > "Web" > "Meta Pixel"
  3. Copy your Pixel ID (a 15-16 digit number like 1234567890123456)
  4. Go to Admin > Settings > Sales Channels and paste it in the "Meta Pixel ID" field
  5. Click "Save Sales Channel Settings"

Events tracked automatically:

Channel 2: TikTok Shop & TikTok Ads

What It Does

List your products in TikTok's product catalog for use in TikTok Shopping and TikTok ad campaigns. The TikTok Pixel tracks conversions so you can measure which TikTok ads drive sales.

Setup Steps

  1. Create a TikTok Business Account at ads.tiktok.com
  2. Go to Assets > Catalogs in TikTok Ads Manager
  3. Create a new catalog and choose "Data Feed" as the source
  4. Paste your feed URL:
    https://www.clinical-couture.com/feed/tiktok-catalog.json
  5. Set auto-update schedule — Daily refresh recommended

TikTok Pixel Setup

  1. In TikTok Ads Manager, go to Assets > Events > Web Events
  2. Click "Set Up Web Events" > "TikTok Pixel" > "Manually Install Pixel Code"
  3. Copy your Pixel ID (looks like C1234567890ABCDEF)
  4. Go to Admin > Settings > Sales Channels and paste it in the "TikTok Pixel ID" field
  5. Click "Save Sales Channel Settings"

Events tracked automatically:

Channel 3: Amazon

What It Does

Generates a product data file in Amazon's flat file format that you can upload to Amazon Seller Central to create product listings.

Setup Steps

  1. Create an Amazon Seller Account at sellercentral.amazon.com (Professional plan: $39.99/month)
  2. Download your product feed from:
    https://www.clinical-couture.com/feed/amazon-products.tsv
  3. In Seller Central, go to Catalog > Add Products via Upload
  4. Upload the TSV file — Amazon will process and create your listings
  5. Important: You'll need to add UPC/EAN barcodes to your products for Amazon (or apply for a GTIN exemption in your product category)

Note: Unlike Facebook and TikTok, Amazon doesn't auto-refresh from a URL. Re-download and re-upload the file whenever you add new products or change prices.

Channel 4: Google Shopping (Already Active)

What It Does

Your products appear in Google Shopping results and Google Ads shopping campaigns.

Your feed URL:
https://www.clinical-couture.com/feed/google-shopping.xml

This was set up previously. If you haven't connected it to Google Merchant Center yet:

  1. Go to Google Merchant Center
  2. Add a product feed with the URL above
  3. Set to auto-fetch daily
