Exchange-Only Policy
Important Policy Notice
UnderGlow Naturals™ operates on a strict exchange-only basis. Refunds or returns for monetary credit are not offered.
We want you to love your UnderGlow Naturals™ apparel. If your item doesn't fit quite right, we're happy to exchange it for a different size in the same style, subject to availability.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned:
✓ Eligible for Exchange
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- With original packaging intact
- Within 14 days of delivery
✗ NOT Eligible for Exchange
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Items without original tags
- Items without original packaging
- Altered or damaged items
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Important: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. UnderGlow Naturals™ reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact Us Email us at support@underglownaturals.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Receive Authorization We'll review your request and send you exchange instructions along with a return shipping address if approved.
- Ship Your Item Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Receive Your Exchange Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange item. You'll receive tracking information via email.
Exchange Timeline
Important Dates & Times
- Request Window: Within 14 days of receiving your order
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Exchange Shipping: Standard shipping times apply to exchange orders
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@underglownaturals.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement item.
